Room refurbishing needed!!! Inconsistent sauna temperatures can be frustrating after skiing!!! A bathroom in the common area would be a welcome addition!!! Limited bathroom amenities take away from the stay!!!

The double room is cosy and good sized. It includes a safe, a multi-channel TV, and a sitting area.

Nothing negative to say.

I really loved the warm and cute staff , and the hotel's proximity to Hahnenkamm Cable Car made it super easy to get up into the mountains for hikes and fine views without any hassle.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the main gondola in town, restaurants, train station, and ski shops as well as the train station. thoroughly enjoyed the way our budget twin room with a balcony facing the mountain was arranged.

The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the fresh local fruits that made mornings special. I loved unwinding in the sauna after a day on the slopes. The serene garden area was perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, the background music can be a bit loud at times-I'd recommend bringing earplugs for extra peace! 😊

The rooms could really use some updating. It was noticeable that the carpets and bathroom facilities felt less than fresh. I also found the sauna temperatures inconsistent-it didn't heat up as well as I'd hoped. While the afternoon snacks were nice, I could have used more variety in the on-site dining options. The noise from the nearby railway line was a slight disturbance, especially for rooms facing the back, and I missed having a few more quality pillows to prop myself up comfortably at night.

The breakfast each morning was something to look forward to, especially the homemade pastries that would just melt in your mouth. The sauna overlooking the slopes was a perfect way to relax after a long day out, I mean I could've stayed there forever, just soaking it all in.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but what do you expect for such a nice place, right?

The sauna temperatures varied quite a bit, frustrating after long days on the slopes. Some more options for in-house dining would have been nice too. The pillows could use some improvement. I prefer firmer support at night. A lovely stay with some room for improvements.

The hotel impressed with its quaint decor and an warm welcome. The cleanliness of the accommodation stood out. The mountain view from my window was amazing.

I noticed that the breakfast options lacked variety.

Free wi-fi was great, but the fitness centre was smaller than expected.
